wintipsntricks home Pictures page 2 Pictures page 3 These are some of my Dad's pictures from Germany. They are placed here to be shared with the family and anyone that is interested. My Dad is Rudy Nolte. He was born on October 25th 1926 in Breslau Germany, to Franz and Margarete Leibner Nolte. Breslau is now in Poland, and it is named Wroclaw (the Polish equivalent of the German Breslau). That part of Germany was lost to Poland after World War II. Rudy has an interesting history. He was in the German Army at the end of World War II and was a Russian prisoner of war for about 3.5 years, starting at the end of the war. His history will not be given here, at least not at this time. As I get time, I will add his history if it makes sense. For now, I will place pictures and descriptions below them. If anyone has additional information about any of these pictures, please email me at mr_nolte@yahoo.com and I can add the information to this site for all to have. |
